The assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain.

​Massage Therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body, general health and overall well-being. Massage Therapy may be used to maintain and improve physical health and can also ease the effects of physical pain.

Massage Menu
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.
Changes in pressure will be applied throughout the massage depending on the individuals tolerance.
Hot Stone Massage
This treatment helps relieve tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation. Hot stone therapy promotes healing by targeting the deeper layers of muscle through the use of heated stones. Combined with regular massage, this treatment delivers a wealth of benefits.
Cupping

Myofascial release/Trigger point therapy
Myofascial release therapy is a type of gentle, constant massage that releases tightness and pain throughout your myofascial tissues. First, your healthcare provider will locate trigger points, or knots, in your fascial tissues. Then, they'll gently apply pressure until they feel the tension release
Indie head massage
Indie Head Massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the muscles of the neck, shoulders, scalp and face. It uses a variety of techniques to help relieve stress, muscle tension, headaches, insomnia and jaw dysfunction.
Prenatal massage
Prenatal massage helps by stimulating the soft tissues of the body to reduce the fluids that cause swollen joints. This practice helps remove the tissue waste to reduce muscle aches and joint pain.
